Our journey began with a passion for preserving and celebrating traditional Maharashtrian cuisine, and today, we are proud to offer you authentic multigrain flours that are a staple in many Maharashtrian households.

What is Bhajani?

Bhajani is a unique blend of various grains and pulses, ground together to create a nutritious and versatile flour.

This traditional mix is the heart of many beloved Maharashtrian dishes, known for their distinct flavors and wholesome goodness. At Bhajani.in, we craft our flours with care, using time-honored recipes and the finest ingredients to ensure you experience the true taste of Maharashtra.

Our Products

We specialize in two main types of Bhajani flours:

Thalipeeth Bhajani

Thalipeeth is a savory multigrain pancake that is rich in flavor and packed with nutrients.

Our Thalipeeth Bhajani is made from a traditional recipe, combining various grains like rice, wheat, bajra (pearl millet), and jowar (sorghum), along with pulses such as chana dal (split chickpeas) and urad dal (split black gram).

This blend creates a wholesome flour perfect for making the iconic Thalipeeth, enjoyed during special occasions and family gatherings.

Upawas Bhajani

Upawas Bhajani is specially prepared for fasting days, known as Upwas in Marathi.

This flour includes ingredients that are traditionally allowed during fasts, such as rajgira (amaranth), sabudana (tapioca pearls), and varai (barnyard millet).

Our Upawas Bhajani helps you create nutritious and delicious dishes that are perfect for fasting while keeping the tradition alive.
